This is the cutest little sailor manga girl. ^^ I think this digital drawing overall is done well. The character/girl has a very distinct cute style which I especially love about this piece. What I would have to say stands out the most visually in this artwork is that hat! The colors, lines, shapes, and even little accessories really draw you into the image, making it not just another redundant or over-used manga character. I also think that the use of color was done well as well. The mix of soft blues, yellows, and pinks was a great mix. If I had to say one thing that could have been done better would be shading, I think with a bit more shading it could have gave the character some more depth, but over-all the drawing is fantastic! ^^
